Terms of service
Last updated: August 24, 2026
These terms apply to any booking made on lastfrontier.site. They are written to be understood: if something is not clear, ask us before booking and we will explain it.
Who we are
Last Frontier · Moto Tour Patagonia Experience runs motorcycle trips across Patagonia, based in Puerto Madryn and Esquel, province of Chubut, Argentina.
Your account
You need an account to book. The details you enter have to be real: the bike we assign you, how we put the group together and who we call if something happens all depend on them. The password is yours and it is your responsibility not to share it. If you suspect someone got into your account, tell us.
Bookings and payments
Prices are shown in US dollars. A departure is booked when the payment clears, not when the form is filled in: the seats are real and limited.
Deposit and balance
You can secure your place with a 30% deposit and pay the rest later, or pay the whole thing at once. If you paid a deposit, the balance is due 15 days before departure. We send email reminders before the due date. If the balance is not paid on time, we may release the seat.
Payment methods
Payments are processed through the payment platform we indicate at checkout. Your card details go straight to that platform; we only see the result of the transaction and the last four digits.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Life happens and we get it. These are the rules, and we apply them the same for everyone.
- Rescheduling: free of charge up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability on the new date.
- Cancelling up to 15 days before: 100% refund of the deposit.
- Cancelling within the last 15 days: the deposit stays as credit in your name for a future departure.
- If we cancel —for weather, for safety or for any operational reason—: we reschedule at no cost or refund everything you paid, whichever you prefer.
Cancellation and rescheduling requests are made from My account and we answer them ourselves, not an automated system.
Requirements to take part
- Being over 18.
- Holding a valid motorcycle driving licence and carrying it physically for the whole trip. At some roadside checks the digital version may not be enough.
- ID document or passport, also on paper.
- Declaring your riding level honestly. A route that does not match your experience is a risk to you and to the group.
- Telling us about any health condition, allergy or medication that could matter on the road.
We may turn away anyone who does not meet these requirements or who turns up in a condition that puts their own safety or the group’s at risk. In that case no refund applies.
On the road
Riding a motorcycle in Patagonia carries risks that are not up to us: wind, gravel, loose animals, long distances and weather that turns in minutes. You will be the one riding, under your own responsibility, following traffic rules and the instructions of whoever is guiding the departure.
Helmets are mandatory. Riding under the effects of alcohol or any substance that alters your reflexes is forbidden. Anyone who does not respect these conditions is off the departure with no right to a refund.
Insurance. Ask us what cover each route includes and what is worth arranging on your own before you travel. It is information we would rather give you in writing and for your specific case, not in a blanket clause.
The bikes
The bikes we hand over are maintained and in good order. You are responsible for using them with care during the trip. Damage from negligent use, from riding off the agreed routes or from ignoring the guide’s instructions is on you.
Photos and videos
We take photos and videos during the trip, and we give them to you afterwards as part of the experience. If on top of that you want us to use them on our social media or on the site, we will ask you separately. We do not publish pictures of you without your permission. If you change your mind later, write to us and we will take them down.
Site content
The photos, the words, the logo and the design of this site are ours. You can share links freely; for any other use, ask us.
Changes to these terms
We may update them. The ones that apply to your booking are the ones in force the day you booked, and you will always be able to consult them on this page with their date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Argentine law. Any dispute is settled before the ordinary courts of the province of Chubut. Before that, let us talk: almost everything gets sorted out in conversation.
